1. Warranty at a Glance

We offer a transparent, hassle-free warranty program. The standard coverage for all Tapaodu products is outlined below.

This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.

2. What's Covered Under Warranty

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that fails due to a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Premature LED Failure: Significant dimming or complete failure not caused by electrical issues.

  • Sealing Failure: Any evidence of water or dust ingress that compromises function.

  • Material & Workmanship Defects: Such as premature corrosion of housing or faulty welding.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper Installation & Electrical Issues: Incorrect wiring (reverse polarity, over-voltage), failure to use the provided relay and fuse kit, or improper grounding.

  • Physical Damage & Abuse: Cracks from impacts, stone chips, accidents, or any form of misuse.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the product by unauthorized personnel.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic scratches, fading of finishes, or minor wear on connectors.

4. How to Request Warranty Service
